In Stock orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock or on order we will contact you the same day your order is placed to advise delivery date.
DELIVERY
Out of Stock items are normally dispatched within 2 – 7 days. Out of stock items are either on order with our suppliers or we will order them in specifically for you and cover any additional courier costs we may incur. Please place your order as usual and we will email you the delivery date within 48 hours. Alternatively, email us on sales@thebmxboys.co.uk and we will confirm delivery date prior to your order being placed. All of our mail order bikes are supplied flat packed. Minimal make up will be required by yourself.
A list of tools required is on our website. We can make your bike up for you prior to delivery. This service costs £10 per bike.
Additional delivery cost may apply, please check with us first.
If you wish to collect your bike in person from our premises then we will reduce bike make up charge to £5.
Flat pack pick up is free of charge. All items are sent out via trusted courier services and tracking numbers will be available for all deliveries
All complete bikes ordered via our online store will be delivered free of charge to mainland UK –
some exceptions do apply, we will notify you if this is the case. Please email for delivery costs to
Scottish Borders and Europe.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept all major credit and debit cards Inc: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express.
We also accept cheques and postal orders for mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear
before orders are sent out).
RETURNS
Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before goods are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a refund, replacement or repair will be offered depending on each individual case.We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible. However, specifications are subject to change without notice by the suppliers and as such we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions.
